One Moment. One Decision. A Lifetime of Consequences.

 I started my career as a Diesel Fitter, on the tools in mining before moving interstate to pursue a career in rugby league and working in heavy transport, construction, rental and quarries - still swing spanners. 

Just as things were falling into place, life took a bitter turn. I had a workplace accident that resulting in me losing my leg. 

I didn’t just lose a limb — I lost the ability to do my trade, my income and my sporting future. Everything changed

 “This accident was preventable—but 30 years on it still happens today.”

I have faced a long personal battle for over 30 years far beyond just the injury and the impacts to myself. The impact is ongoing 

This is why I started sharing my story over the last few years and found that I could help make a difference. Now I have combined my story, my lived experience and learnings over the years into the One Moment. One Decision. program with talks to motivate the team and training to make it personal.
