I began my journey 30 years ago in the mining industry as a Diesel Fitter, following a well-worn path into Supervision and then Management. For 15 years, I’ve specialised in Mobile Equipment Performance and Operational Excellence, helping customers solve challenges and build sustainable systems and processes that deliver results.

I have a strong appreciation for the challenges leaders face today especially early on, moving up from the shop floor—I've been there.
